What is this backlash about bottled drinking water?
A few years ago a major bottling company of water was discovered to be using tap water as their "pure mountain spring water" instead of what they advertised. This helped fuel the debate on whether or not bottled water was any better for you than tap water.

Conservationists and environmental protection agencies have long argued that this trend towards bottled water is harming the environment. The sheer volumes of plastic water bottles in our landfills are testament to that fact.

What are the basic ingredients in breadmaking?
It is hard to imagine that flour, water and yeast all come together to form something so scrumptious. Each by themselves are important but when mixed together, let alone to rise and then baked, are transformed into something so wonderful that only tasting can adequately give it the proper kudos.

Bread making may not be as simple as combining those three ingredients but it is not as hard as most people make it out to be. With the right recipe and the right equipment anyone can make a great tasting loaf of bread.

What is the difference in cookware?
All cookware has one great similarity and function in common: to cook your food. It is the conditions surrounding the cooking that separate the bad cookware from the good.

A lot is based on personal preference. A more experienced cook wants versatility in their cookware and is looking for quality. Far too often the novice cook buys a set of cookware only to find that the product is inferior.

Do a simple search on the internet for cookware that suits your cooking needs. It is also important to make sure that the cookware is durable and can last for longer than a few months.

Why is green tea good for me?
Green tea contains a number of components that are good for the body. Some of these things are epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCg, which is an anti-oxidant that is known to be very powerful, bioflavonoids that can help performance, and it also contains catechins which are helpful in promoting many positive effects on health and healing.

Some of the reported benefits include reducing cholesterol levels, being an anti-cancer agent, improving the immune system, eliminating acne and skin disorders, and preventing cavities and tooth decay. Because of all of these beneficial properties, and many others, it is no wonder that green tea has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine.
